榮工處從民國五十五年開始向海外拓展工程業務，發展的軌跡，是從東南亞市場打開大門，由早期的越南、泰國、擴展到印尼、新加坡，再及於太平洋的美國關島，觸角並曾一度延伸到印度洋上的美軍基地狄亞哥加西亞島，而後再擴展到中東的沙烏地阿拉伯、巴林和約旦，再及於馬來西亞及非洲，埃及。近年來，並已拓展至非洲的賴比瑞亞、幾內亞比索、南太平洋的索羅門群島和吐瓦魯等國家及地區。

榮工處海外工程，是以浚渫工程開其端，而後漸及於道路及橋樑工程，再一步一步的擴展到港灣工 程、建築工程、機場工程、水壩工程、工業區工程以及鋼 廠、輸水管線及加壓站等工程，乃至於一些綜合性的統包 工程及接受委託辨理工程規劃、設計、營建管理及服務事項及投資開發業務。

In 1966, RSEA started its overseas business first in Vietnam, Thailand, and expanded its operation to Indonesia, Singapore, and Guam Island in the pacific, and at one time RSEA was involved in a dredging project at Diego Garcia, a US military base in the Indian Ocean. At the same time, RSEA also expanded its construction market to cover Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Egypt in Africa. In recent years, RSEA moved to Liberia, Guinea Paso, Solomon Islands in South Pacific, and Tuvalu.

RSEA's debut in international construction market was a dredging project and gradually expanded to cover harbors, buildings, airports, reservoirs and industrial parks as well as steel mills, water supply pipes and pressure stations, and some turnkey projects.

In the past years, RSEA has enjoyed remarkable reputation both domestically and internationally for the assured high quality and efficiency of each project it undertakes, and will continue to serve the best interest of its Clients.
